Process
We began by auditing The Circle's existing Salesforce environment to understand data structures and workflows. Next, we designed a migration plan to safely transfer contacts, companies, deals, and activities to HubSpot. Simultaneously, we identified redundant data and cleaned inconsistencies to ensure a smooth import. Once the data was in HubSpot, we developed custom workflows aligned with The Circle’s member engagement goals and built real-time dashboards to replace manual reports. Training sessions were delivered to ensure staff were confident and empowered to use the new system effectively.
