Tweed Holiday Parks operates a network of coastal holiday parks across the Tweed region of New South Wales, offering travellers access to some of Australia's most beautiful beachside destinations. With multiple locations to promote and a highly seasonal audience to engage, they needed a smarter way to attract visitors, capture enquiries, and keep travellers coming back.

To drive more bookings and build a stronger relationship with travellers, we implemented HubSpot as the central platform for marketing and lead capture across all Tweed Holiday Parks locations. We built and optimised booking enquiry forms across the website, creating a seamless experience that converted nearly half of all visitors who interacted with them. Automated email journeys were set up to nurture new contacts from first enquiry through to booking, while ongoing campaigns kept past visitors engaged and encouraged repeat trips. With full attribution tracking in place, the team gained clear visibility into which channels, campaigns, and pages were delivering the best results, enabling continuous optimisation throughout the year.
